You will need a legally authorized license if your company do one of the following activities:

Basic Requirements for a Brokerage License

If your company still does not hold a license or is not authorized by the industry regulator for doing brokerage, The Central Reserve Authority will help you with that.
There are basic requirements for a company that applies for a Brokerage License of the Central Reserve Authority of Western Sahara. They are listed below:

  • Details of the applicant’s capital structure;

  • Notarized copies of passport(s) of each beneficial owner/director/shareholder;

  • Proof of address (Bank Statement, Utility Bill, e.g.) of each beneficial owner/director/shareholder;

  • Business plan: complete description of activities, financial projections for the next 3 years, description of organizational structures, and details on executive team.
